Anthropic Silently Merges Cowork and Projects, Angering Power Users

Anthropic merged Claude's Cowork tab into the standard Projects interface without any prior notice. Work folders and personal interest projects are now mixed in the same grid, differentiated only by a small, unexplained icon. Heavy users relying on Cowork for productivity workflows spent hours piecing together the truth: original project data wasn't lost, just absorbed into the new UI. A new Code tab was also added, but without any changelog or email notification.
