Claude Code 2.1.204 Fixes Headless Session Hook

Anthropic released Claude Code 2.1.204, a minor CLI update. It primarily fixes an issue where SessionStart hooks events did not stream output in headless sessions—previously causing remote workers to be garbage-collected as idle during hook execution.
