CLIARE: Measuring the AI Readiness of CLI Tools

CLIARE is an open-source tool designed to measure how friendly command-line tools (CLIs) are for AI agents. Instead of analyzing documentation, it probes actual installed binaries and scores them across six dimensions: discoverability, valid invocation, smooth execution, error message clarity, machine-readable output, and read-only safety.
