Researchers from Stony Brook, Carnegie Mellon, Yale, UBC, and Fudan University open-sourced QuantAgent, a multi-agent LLM system designed for high-frequency trading analysis. Four specialized AI agents run in parallel, analyzing different market dimensions (technical indicators, price patterns, trends, and comprehensive decisions) to output actionable trading instructions with entry points, exit points, and stop-loss thresholds. The project has garnered 1300 GitHub stars and is fully open-source under the MIT license.
