ECHO Now Natively Supports prime-rl Framework

A tweet announced that ECHO now has native support in prime-rl, extending thanks to the Prime Intellect team.
As an open-source framework tailored for distributed/decentralized reinforcement learning training, prime-rl's integration allows relevant training pipelines to directly utilize ECHO.
