Samsung HBM4 Revenue Exceeds $1 Billion

According to South Korean media Yonhap, Samsung's HBM4 memory revenue has surpassed $1 billion and is projected to exceed $1.2 billion by the end of June, just four months after mass production began in February. This progress reflects the robust demand for high-bandwidth memory driven by AI computing. The report also noted the impact on industry chain companies like Micron (MU), NVIDIA (NVDA), and AMD.
