Racing Against ASI Risks with Compute and Talent

Geoffrey Irving pointed out that AI developers are rapidly building "dangerous" ASI through tight feedback loops and massive resources. He hopes to level the playing field in this race of "rigor versus danger" by deploying an equivalent magnitude of world-class researchers and compute.
