AI Pathology Test Retains Strong Independent Prognostic Value in Multivariable Models
kjgeras · x · 2026-07-06
In a multivariable model controlling for Oncotype score, tumor grade, race, and cohort, the AI test demonstrated strong independent prognostic value (adjusted hazard ratio 2.95). The Oncotype score was no longer significant in this model, indicating that the AI test captures additional independent prognostic signals.
