In early 2026, Google Gemini officially became the Chief AI Partner of Formula E, rolling out three core features: live real-time race commentary and data insights; DriverAgent, a multimodal race data analysis tool built on the Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform allowing pro drivers to query lap data in real time; and an AI driving coach integrated with a simulator to provide targeted guidance by comparing against pro drivers' telemetry.
