Agility Robotics has announced plans to go public via a SPAC merger at a $2.5 billion valuation, becoming one of the first pure-play humanoid robotics companies to seek a public listing. Its flagship robot, Digit, has been deployed across 9 client sites including Schaeffler, GXO, Toyota, and Mercado Libre, with over 30 potential clients in the pipeline and upwards of $300 million in multi-year orders secured. The transaction is expected to generate over $620 million in proceeds to fund production scaling.
