The AI can chat with customers in real-time, introduce the menu, flag allergens, make recommendations, and auto-complete orders, which are then pushed directly to the kitchen POS and CRM. The tech stack includes a SvelteKit frontend, Meta API integration, and pg-boss task queue. By leveraging prompt caching, about 97% of messages hit the cache, drastically reducing API costs per DM.
