Anthropic has released the Claude Science research workbench, integrating over 60 authoritative scientific databases—including UniProt (protein sequences), PDB (protein structures), and ClinVar (clinical variations). It allows researchers to query specialized data using natural language and features 3D protein structure rendering. The product aims to significantly lower the barrier for scientists to access and explore complex, domain-specific databases.
