Hermes Agent Adds Discord Command Approval Permissions

Teknium announced that users accessing Hermes Agent via Discord can now request to set a user as an admin to approve commands blocked by the approval system, rather than being restricted to just "open access" or "owner only." This feature provides finer-grained permission control for the agent's command execution.
