Nature Paper: TME Ecotypes Predict Immunotherapy Efficacy

Digital medicine expert Eric Topol shared a Nature paper. The research demonstrates that spatial ecotypes within the tumor microenvironment (TME) can predict patient responses to immunotherapy. It also helps convert "cold tumors" into "hot tumors" to activate immune responses, thereby guiding immunotherapy. This spatial omics-based computational analysis offers a new direction for precision immunotherapy.
