COMPASS Outperforms TMB and PD-L1 in Survival Stratification

In the retained set of a phase 2 atezolizumab trial for metastatic urothelial carcinoma, the COMPASS model achieved a hazard ratio (HR) separation of 4.7 between responders and non-responders, significantly outperforming traditional TMB and PD-L1 immunohistochemistry scores. The study is a collaboration between Harvard Medical School, the Broad Institute, and the Kempner Institute.
