Image Matching Reranking Proves Redundant with Strong VPR Retrieval

New VPR research suggests that reranking retrieval candidates with image matching becomes redundant once the retriever is strong enough, as matchers are prone to false positives, even yielding 2810 inliers for images of entirely different locations.
