Claude Helps Solve 3D Structure of Mysterious Vault Particles

Anthropic announced on November 5 that Claude helped determine the first 3D structure of vault particles, scanning some 15 billion predicted proteins and confirming that bacteria can also assemble these barrel-shaped protein shells first discovered in 1986.
