Underdog's 31.7MB Open-Source TTS Model Woof Runs Fully in the Browser

Underdog has open-sourced Woof, a 30.7M-parameter text-to-speech model just 31.7MB in size that claims a 1.42% word error rate and runs fully offline in the browser via WebGPU. The team also shipped a browser game where all voice and music are generated locally by the model.
