Salesforce to Acquire Voice AI Startup Cresta

Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire voice AI startup Cresta, with the deal expected to close in Q1 of fiscal 2028 pending regulatory approval. Cresta, incubated at Stanford's AI Lab in 2017, was congratulated by Sequoia partners Doug Leone and Carl Eschenbach.
