Hugging Face open-sources Carbon DNA foundation models
Hugging Face released Carbon, a fully open-source genomic foundation model family including data, weights and training recipes. Its Carbon-X variant surpasses all open-source language models on DNA tasks after FineDNA midtraining and SFT.
