Anthropic's Managed Agents lack bulk plugin import for now

Developer Chris Fregly found that Claude Managed Agents currently only support attaching Skills, tools and MCP servers individually, and Anthropic engineer Michael Cohen confirmed bulk plugin import is still under development.
