ContractSim: First Framework for Evaluating LLM Contract Negotiation
ContractSim is the first framework to quantitatively evaluate LLMs' ability to negotiate dynamic, conditional, incomplete natural-language contracts, using a Customer-Supplier setting to study contracting under private information.
