Open-Source Enzyme Design System Artios Targets Protein Design Frontier
Arda and Ligo Biosciences released Artios, a fully open-source de novo enzyme design system with commercial licensing. Using a two-stage all-atom diffusion architecture, it showed remarkably high one-shot success rates in wet-lab experiments.
