Stanford GSB professor Ilya Strebulaev released the 2026 Strebulaev–Jackson AI Venture Ranking, based solely on US AI investments, with a16z topping the list. Supplementary charts covering 86 firms show smaller funds outperforming, and unicorn counts not predicting AI ranking.
