Mindbeam and NVIDIA post-train Nemotron for CUDA kernel generation

Mindbeam partnered with NVIDIA to release Litespark Nemotron, an open-weight model post-trained from Nemotron 3.5 Super VL that translates PyTorch modules into native CUDA kernels, lifting KernelBench L2 scores from 22.8% to 82.1%.
