fileroute Open-Sourced: NL Code Search Without LLMs or Vectors

Developer Arindam Majumder has open-sourced fileroute (fr), a tool that finds the most relevant codebase files from natural language questions without using any LLMs or embeddings. Built on the TypeSafe decision model Jev, it filters files in parallel and returns results in seconds, offering a lightweight alternative for code search.
