Anthropic Adopts Agents.md a Day After GitHub Engineer's Keynote Plea

GitHub engineering director Marlene Mhangami called on Anthropic to support the Agents.md spec during her AGNTCon keynote, and Anthropic adopted it the very next day. She also argued that in the agent era, software's bottleneck has shifted to code review.
