Stanford's match-seq enables in vivo CRISPR screening of cell-cell interactions

Stanford researchers led by Peter Du (Bassik/Satpathy labs) introduced match-seq on bioRxiv, a method using barcoded RNA transfer via virus-like particles to enable in vivo CRISPR screens of how genes affect neighboring cells, going beyond traditional intracellular screens.
