ChainForge's big update adds RAGForge for in-browser RAG pipelines

ChainForge v0.3.7 introduces RAGForge, adding Upload, Chunk and Retrieval modules for visual RAG experimentation. Its "RAGForge Lite" mode lets users prototype simple RAG pipelines entirely in the browser with no local setup.
