Nature Publishes Scaffolded DNA Computer Capable of 100-bit Addition

A Nature paper presents the Scaffolded DNA Computer (SDC), the first thermodynamically-driven DNA computer, which has run 10 programs including 25-bit and up to 100-bit addition, offering an energy-efficient alternative to non-equilibrium molecular computation.
