Cohere Merges with Aleph Alpha to Build Transatlantic Sovereign AI

Cohere has signed a definitive agreement to merge with Germany's Aleph Alpha, becoming the first foundation model developer rooted on both sides of the Atlantic with over 1,000 employees. The deal positions them to deliver the first transatlantic sovereign AI solution.
