Crawler Who Scraped Cara Joins Its Founder to Build Anti-Scraping Tool
The crawler who once scraped 12TB of images from artist platform Cara has teamed up with its founder Jingna Zhang to launch Lantern, an anti-scraping tool. Cara, which has attracted around 1.5 million artists seeking to protect their work from AI training, still struggles to fully block scraping.
