IBM Unveils 2nm Dual-ISA Processor Running Mainframe and ARM Instructions

IBM announced at Hot Chips a 2nm dual-ISA processor with 11 cores running above 5.7GHz, capable of natively executing both Mainframe Z and ARM instructions on a single core, improving hardware compatibility and flexibility.
