HiFi-UMI Enables Robot Training Without Teleoperation

Researchers introduced HiFi-UMI, a portable data collection system that trains deployable robot policies using low-cost, high-fidelity data without real robot teleoperation. The team also open-sourced 2,000 hours of high-quality data.
