Codex Suspected of Bricking SSD Yet Automates RMA Process

A suspected Codex bug recently bricked a 4TB Samsung SSD, but the new Codex Mac app also demonstrated powerful agentic capabilities. It successfully automated the entire maintenance process by filling out the Samsung RMA form and locating the faulty drive using a motherboard diagram.
