Nous hermes-agent 爆 bug：异步子代理结果卡死永不投递

NousResearch 的 hermes-agent 被用户发现一个异步子代理 bug：已完成的 async delegation 永远卡在 state=completed、deliverystate=pending，投递次数为 0，用户看不到任何报错。
根因：state.db 的 asyncdelegations 表中 ownerexecutionid 为 NULL 的行永远无法被认领——所有投递尝试都在真实 execution id 下运行，在所有权校验处命中 permissiondenied，导致 claim 的 UPDATE 永远匹配不上。问题定位在 gateway/sessionworkerdelegation.py 的 owned() 精确匹配逻辑。
GitHub issue #143869 已附 PR，但优先级仅为 P2；Teknium 回应称该行为仅在启用 asyncsubagents 模式（默认关闭）时才会触发。
