openai/codex 仓库 issue #54512 详细报告了 ChatGPT Work 在 Windows 上的 Computer Use 功能几乎不可用：
- Chrome 能被检测到、偶尔能读 accessibility 文本，但输入始终失败，报错包括「could not determine the current browser URL … to enforce policy」「coordinate input geometry is unavailable」「window is not a usable app window」等；
- 官方内置 @Browser 作为替代也崩溃，报「MXC launcher: cannot locate required Windows platform directory: HRESULT 0x80070003」，内核退出码 1；
- 用户环境为 Windows + Chrome 155 + ChatGPT Plus 桌面端，多次新会话与状态刷新均无法解决；OpenAI 支持让用户到 codex 仓库反馈；该 issue 已有 6 条评论。
反映出 Codex 电脑操控在 Windows 侧的平台适配仍不成熟。
