OpenCode 桌面版后台任务卡死：Move to background 按钮成摆设

用户 shripad-jyothinath 为 opencode 提交 issue：在 Windows 11 上的 Desktop 2.0.32 版本中，后台 shell 或子 agent 的任务在进程退出后状态永久停留在 running，GET /api/shell 已返回空列表、单个任务查询返回 404，但系统不会写入完成消息。

点击 Move to background（Ctrl+B）返回 204 却没有任何实际效果，界面看起来像卡死；重启共享服务才能清除内存状态（KV 记录仍在）。环境为 Electron 44.4.5 打包版、cmd.exe/PowerShell 5.1，未启用任何自定义插件，仅内置 MCP opencodeconsole。Issue 目前处于 triaging 状态，3 条评论。
