IBM AI 工程师 Tejas Kumar 复盘他在 4 个上线应用（Dewfall、PrayingPeople、Daiku、个人网站）中尝试过的 agentic coding 分级经验，写成博客《The 5 Levels of Agentic Coding》。
- Level 1：纯手写代码，现在基本没人做了
- Level 2：单线程 agentic 对话——用 Claude Code 描述需求、审查、发布，他的默认甜蜜点
- Level 3：多个 agent 并行跑在多个 git worktree 上，赶进度时用
- Level 4：软件工厂——一个名为 pm 的 agent 管 Linear 看板并把任务分发给其他 agent。其中之一从 10 月 13 日起持续开发 Daiku，效果超出预期，以至于他经常要问自己的项目“今天干了啥”
- Level 5：博客中未完整展开
他对比了 agentic coding 与 Karpathy 提出的 vibe coding：区别在于前者每一步都有人读代码。核心结论是 Level 2/3 之间按路线图和 deadline 切换最稳，Level 4 已能近乎自主运转。
