Codex Windows 提权沙箱被 node_repl.exe 进程占用卡死

开发者 john77leblanc 在 openai/codex 仓库提交 issue（#52389），报告 Windows 上 windows.sandbox = "elevated" 模式的沙箱初始化会间歇性失败：当 Codex 自带的 noderepl.exe（noderepl MCP 服务器使用的运行时）正在运行时，沙箱 setup helper 无法对该文件执行 ACL 更新，报 OS error 32（文件被其他进程占用），命令以 helperunknownerror: setup refresh had errors 失败。
作者排查了约 24 小时内的 28 次失败沙箱刷新，全部指向同一 noderepl.exe 文件共享冲突；错误首次出现时间与该机器首次使用 noderepl 吻合，此前约 1060 次刷新无错误。即使用 codex exec --ignore-user-config 仍复现，说明与用户的 MCP 配置无关，疑似 helper 本身的行为问题。目前 issue 有 8 条评论，标签包括 bug、windows-os、mcp、sandbox。
