Cloudflare Durable Objects 支持无客户端时继续长任务

Cloudflare 发布 Durable Objects 重大更新（compatibility date 2026-10-01 起，旧日期可用 durableobjectiotaskspreventeviction 标志开启）：
- 即使没有客户端连接，pending 的 I/O 操作也能让 Durable Object 持续运行，不再因空闲被回收。
- 覆盖 service binding 请求、跨 DO 的 RPC/fetch 调用、this.ctx.container.monitor()，以及 waitUntil()、pending 的 setTimeout/setInterval。
- 每个 pending 操作可阻止空闲关闭最长 15 分钟，后续操作可续期。
这直接解决了构建 Agent 时的痛点：客户端断开后，Agent 仍可继续调用工具、协调其他 Durable Objects 或等待容器进程，无需依赖原始连接。
