Stripe Directory 增加即时收录和 MCP 搜索

Stripe 更新了 Stripe Directory，把它做成一个更适合 agent 使用的业务检索入口：
- 所有企业都可被搜索，不要求必须使用 Stripe；开发者或 agent 可直接安装 Stripe CLI 后运行 stripe directory search。
- 公开资料立即可见，不再有 24 小时搜索延迟。
- MCP 端点纳入搜索结果，还可以用 --mcp-supported 只筛 MCP 服务。
- 带有 MCP / MPP 端点的结果会获得轻微排名加权，方便 agent 更快找到可对接的商家。
