Claude Desktop 在本地 stdio MCP 上不再下发 tools/call
一条 GitHub issue 报告称，2026-07-21 18:29 UTC 左右之后启动的所有 Claude Desktop 实例，都无法再把 tools/call 发送给本地 stdio MCP server。
- initialize 和 tools/list 仍然正常。
- 但 server 的 stdin 里 始终收不到 tools/call。
- 客户端侧表现为 “Tool execution failed” 或 “Failed to call tool”。
- 两台独立的 Windows 11 机器都复现。
- 同一会话里的远程连接器（如 Google Drive）仍可用。
- 同机器、同账号、同 server binary 下的 Claude Code v2.1.216 仍能正常派发工具调用。
作者据此判断，这更像是一次启动时拉取的服务端变更，而不是本地包版本、重启或服务器实现本身的问题。
