Xcode includes a set of built-in agent skills covering SwiftUI, App Intents and Siri, security and memory safety, testing/verification, and performance profiling. Running xcrun agent skills export dumps 11 skills (swiftui-specialist, app-intents-specialist, modernize-tests, xctrace, etc.) to a local folder, where they can be used in Xcode or plugged into your favorite coding agent's workflow.
