Dev Builds Real-Time Multiplayer Browser Football Game Almost Entirely With Claude Code
lavel0rz · reddit · 2026-11-09
Developer lavel0rz built BrowserBall, a browser-based 3v3 football game, writing almost no code by hand with Claude Code. Highlights: server-authoritative simulation at 120 Hz with client-side prediction, WebTransport datagrams instead of WebSockets to fix head-of-line blocking, and bots tuned via automated test matches. His loop: play, describe what feels wrong, let Claude Code locate, fix, test and push. Pain point: the model can't feel latency, so describing game feel precisely was key. Free at browserball.io, US servers only.
