Muse agent surprise: it writes beautifully formatted letters instead of chat messages

Megan Risdal (Kaggle) shares that her Muse agent sporadically sends her beautifully designed letters instead of plain chat messages — including one about Ghost in the Shell screening twice at TIFF in December, complete with a snowy cinema illustration. She jokes she'd be at the movies 24/7 if she followed all of Muse's nudges. A charming example of an agent getting creative with its notification format.
