AI Engineer Code Summit 2026 runs Nov 10–12 in San Francisco, with the full 108-session schedule and three paid workshops now live:
- Build a Coding Agent Harness From an Empty Loop — Tejas Kumar (IBM): start from an empty loop, add guardrails, context management, and checks that can overrule the model
- Review + Repair PR Workflow — Elise Gonzales & Bradford Chang (Databricks): a multi-agent PR review/repair pipeline with Omnigent
- Build. Verify. Ship. — Kent C. Dodds: wrap reviewer agents, verification, and deployment checks around agent-written code
Other highlights: ontologies as agent guardrails (UC Berkeley), Machine trust (Anthropic's CJ Avilla), New Ways of Working with Codex (OpenAI), and Scott Tolinski on the true cost of AI coding. Workshops require a paid add-on.
