giswqs · x · 2026-11-08
GeoLibre v3.7.0 is out. GeoLibre is a free, open-source, lightweight, cloud-native GIS platform for visualizing, exploring, and analyzing geospatial data in the browser, on desktop, on mobile, and inside Jupyter notebooks — while keeping data local and private.
This release merges 48 pull requests from 6 contributors. Highlights:
- Indoor maps: open IMDF venues and IndoorGML buildings in 3D, switch floors on the map, and click a room to jump to its floor
- Stacked floors: extrude every floor of a building from its level attribute in a single layer
- I3S Building Scene Layers: ArcGIS I3S scene layers return with Building Scene Layer (BIM) support
- JAXA Earth observation data integration
