Indian dev cold-calls clinics, HVAC and real estate to test AI receptionist demand — every niche says no

Before building anything, an India-based developer cold-called clinics, HVAC services, and real estate agencies to validate willingness to pay for an AI receptionist. Clinics had human receptionists blocking access; HVAC owners miss calls but jobs average only $50; real estate agents were hard to reach and many already used chat agents. Google Maps showed top businesses already have AI receptionists while the rest see few calls. His plan: charge only on incremental calls/bookings, no upfront fees. He's asking which niche to pick and offering cold-calling sales help to devs with existing products.
