Builder Uses Agents to QA Every Shot, Reworking Composition and Lighting With Measurable Metrics
DavidmComfort · x · 2026-11-08
While building a short-film project, the author set up agents to QA and revise every shot. A before/after shows the agents flagging wrong 'brightest point' placement (19% true blacks, 0.20 mean brightness), then re-rolling so Arthur shrinks to the lower left and the verdigris knight towers at center — true blacks rise to 28%, brightness drops to 0.15, and the power relationship now reads correctly. A quantified, agent-driven image iteration workflow.
